Confidence - Stay Strong, Stay Focused to Achieve Goals
The majority of Westerners are scripted and indoctrinated to believe the world owes them the best. While this is a universal law, there is a flaw in the Western equation. The majority of westerners, also, believe the best is owed to them without a long-term investment of time, commitment and perseverance.
Easterners on the other hand believe all things are possible and they are committed, determined and persevere as diligently at the beginning of a task as they are along the way. Eastern cultures understand the profound connection between mind, body, spirit and the Laws of the Universe. Westerners on the other hand rely primarily on intellect coupled with a strong mind-set of entitlement.
You already have all the skills you need to take care of your affairs to see your plans through to fruition. It is your confidence in your abilities that makes or breaks your success.
Your body is a conduit of universal power and energy with which to achieve your goals. Whenever you sense that you need an additional boost-mentally, emotionally or physically-you need to use your body to infuse your being with additional energy and strength. The earth’s energy, specifically, is stabilizing and nurturing, thus, allowing you to become grounded by its unwavering source of energy and support.
Easterners fortify their physical stamina through yoga, tai chi, or chi gong. Consider adopting these practices to help you feel even more confident about your capabilities Yoga poses such as the warrior, whereby your feet are planted firmly on the ground and you draw energy from the earth, or martial art positions like horse stance, can generate a sense of personal strength, giving you the power to sustain your confidence no matter what transpires.
Armed with the Laws of the Universe, Abundance, Attraction, and coupled with renewed energy and centeredness, you are sure to achieve your goals with confidence.
